About the Role

This internship offers the opportunity to contribute to the mission of EWTN — the world’s largest religious media outlet — developing hands-on skills in international relations, executive coordination, cross-cultural collaboration, and strategic communications, directly from our Vatican office in Rome.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support the coordination and continuous improvement of executive projects, schedules, meeting agendas, and related logistics.
  • Facilitate effective workflows, meetings, processes, and events involving global staff.
  • Help coordinate and monitor collaborative frameworks, ensuring clear communication across teams.
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of Global Services meetings, visits, and activities.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and organizational documentation.
  • Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned by the department.
Qualifications
Current undergraduate, graduate student, or recent graduate in International Relations, Communications, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Philosophy/Theology, or a related field.
Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools.
Proficiency in using AI tools.
Interest in Catholic media, global outreach, and international partnership development.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a professional setting.
